Dropping Knowledge® is the video series and social media movement sparking the imagination of young people to invent the future with STEM, even if they don't look like those who have succeeded before. Dropping Knowledge® is created and produced by OFC (ofc.tv) in collaboration with our partners at Bristol Myers Squibb and National CARES Mentoring Movement. We believe Typical is Invisible® and that attracting tomorrow's innovators to STEM studies and professions requires that we make science, technology, engineering, and math stand out via storytelling and entertainment. That's especially important, given Black and Hispanic students are underrepresented in college STEM majors and careers, contributing to a potential shortage of 2.4 million STEM positions unfilled between 2018-2028.¹

The fastest growing jobs and best paying careers are in STEM fields. However, Black and Hispanic professionals are not adequately represented in these areas. Dropping Knowledge® is here to change that by injecting excitement into STEM and exposing young people of all backgrounds to interesting concepts and careers for broadening the STEM talent pipeline.
